2008. ADACH Arts & Culture Communities

Before the domination of social media, I proposed a concept for ADACH (now Department of Tourism & Culture). Each community would cater to a specific cultural domain: falconry, Arabian horses, Bedouin culture, music, arts and film. These domains were part of the core focus areas of ADACH at that time.

I further developed the concept into a strategy with an underlying business plan, and was awarded 11 million AED to implement to the project.
