Key Responsibilities.

Strategy Development / Content Strategy: Led the development of the product strategy in a series of workshops and laid the foundation for the content availability, generation, and supply chain.
Product Development: Co-developed the model for the concrete and marketable product. Managed the development process of the mobile app with our partners.
UX Design: To accelerate the development of the app, the entire UX process fell under my responsibility.

Project Responsibilities.

This was a prototype project but founded on real data and real users (members) and integrated data and services with a partner in Dubai. The life cycle of this product was intended to be one year. If it proved to be successful showed significant growth the product was to graduate into actual corporate services.
